Troy was a longtime resident of Rhea County, and member of the Concord Baptist Church, Robbins, TN. Troy had a special love for hunting and fishing and enjoyed the outdoors. He will be missed and forever loved by all his family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Herbert and Gladys Norman Mills and one mother-in-law Elva Bowling.

Troy is survived by his wife Wilma Bowling Mills of Spring City, TN, two children Felicia Goodman ( Barry) of Spring City, TN and Melinda Roberts ( Michael) of Spring City, TN, one brother Van Mills ( Maryetta) of Robbins, TN and one Sister Allessia Byrd( Don) of Oneida, TN, one brother in-law Paul Bowling ( Linda) of Spring City, TN and two Sister-in-laws Jessie Crozier ( Ken) of Calhoun, TN and Alice Davis of Spring City, TN. Troy is also survived by three grandchildren Mikey Roberts ( Ariel), Nathan Roberts, Lynsie Goodman, one great Grandchild Layla Roberts and several special nieces and nephews.
